Job Description

Brookdale is hiring Full‑Time and Part‑Time Servers in Medina, OH. The role is open for about 30 days from posting. You will work in a creative, family‑friendly environment with rotating holidays and no late nights.

Schedules include:
First Shift 6:30 AM‑2:00 PM and Second Shift 4:00 PM‑7:30 PM. Employees work every other weekend. Uniform shirts are provided and meals are supplied on site.

Base pay is determined by skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities.

• Interact with senior residents and guests, take and deliver food orders promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
• Work with kitchen staff, assist with bussing, resetting tables, removing dirty dishes, disposing of trash, and restocking inventory.
• Perform side‑work duties as assigned.
