• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Safely use equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators.
• Maintain safe work areas and manage traffic flows on site.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks, ladders, and fall protection equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws).
• Provide guidance and support to crew members as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance.
• Perform assigned duties related to construction of telecom systems.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license (non‑provisional) with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a valid medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class “A” driver license preferred.

• Routine: work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, use ladder, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift objects >55 lbs.
• Occasional: use keyboard and mouse.
