RSS Mobile Trailer Repair is a growing powerhouse in the trucking industry. RSS has been in business for over 31 years and has nearly 400 team members located in 15 states. We are currently expanding our team in the Medina, OH area.

A successful candidate for this position would be an experienced mobile trailer mechanic with a strong understanding of semi-trailer diagnostics and repair. The candidate should be self-motivated, safety-minded, enjoy mobile service truck work, and be able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.

• $22-$34/hour. Starting pay commensurate with experience.
• Quarterly safety & performance bonuses after 90 days.
• Monday-Friday – days.
• Paid holidays and vacation time.
• 401(k) after 1 year.
• Overtime after 40 hours. Bi-weekly paychecks.

• Must be willing and able to train in Columbus, OH (weekdays for 2-3 weeks). Expenses paid.

• Inspect and diagnose all trailer systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components.
• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and parts, including but not limited to ABS, frame, body, doors, tires, and electrical systems.
• Independently motivate professional, dedicated to providing top-notch service.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers.
• Properly operate the mobile service truck.
• Follow all safety requirements while servicing trailers and while driving the service truck.

• Trailer mechanic experience required.
• Outdoor, mobile service truck position.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
