SUMMARYMaintains, repairs, or replaces parts or entire mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, steam, HVAC, automotive, refrigeration equipment or general maintenance of buildings, including laundry, commercial kitchen, power plant, and lift pump station equipment.
Each Engineering II employee is required to be a skilled craftsman in at least 2 of the following trades and be able to perform limited work in all:
- HVAC
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Refrigeration
- Steam Pipe Fitting
- Water Treatment
- Finish Plaster
- Carpentry, Masonry, cement/brick block
- Finish painting, floor/wall tile, wallpaper
- Communication and electronic equipment
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSAppropriate certifications and/or licenses as required by state or federal regulatory agencies for the skilled trade(s) held by the individual. Must have valid Ohio drivers license and insurable by Ohio Masonic Communities.
