Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies, manage outside sales, and use tools such as Salesforce to track progress and optimize performance.
- Mentor and manage a sales team; grow a team to generate additional residual income.
- Oversee exclusive territory ownership and grow income as the company expands nationally.
- Implement comprehensive training, ongoing support, and marketing materials to support success.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships, leveraging the company’s turnkey system.
- Minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, with a background in outside sales or territory management.
- Strong leadership, sales acumen, negotiation skills, and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Drive results under an uncapped commission structure, with potential earnings ranging from $200K-$750K plus annually.
