Join a mission-driven, community-based organization with more than 70 years of leadership in transfusion medicine. We re looking for a highly experienced Supervisor to lead operations in our Immunohematology Reference Laboratory (IRL) supporting critical care across the region.

What You ll Do:

• Lead and develop IRL staff, manage schedules, and oversee training and competency assessments

• Maintain quality and regulatory compliance (CLIA, AABB, CAP, FDA)

• Oversee testing accuracy, documentation, and turnaround time

• Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement using LEAN principles

• Act as subject matter expert in complex antibody identification and rare blood services

• Serve as on-call supervisor and participate in internal audits and external inspections

What We re Looking For:

• Certification as a Specialist in Blood Banking (SBB) required

• 5+ years of lab experience, including 2+ years in immunohematology reference testing

• 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience preferred

• Eligibility to perform high-complexity testing under CLIA

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work on-site, participate in an on-call rotation, and occasionally work holidays/weekends
