* POSITION OVERVIEW:

** R.P. Marzilli is hiring a Vice President of Sales - Maintenance & Snow. The Vice President of Sales for our Maintenance & Snow operations at R.P. Marzilli will assist the President of Maintenance & Snow to help ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded. Overall responsibilities include measuring, managing, improving, and presenting sales data to motivate and drive accountability within the sales and account management teams.

Leading sales meetings, training, and 1:1 coaching for sales teams to improve individual and team performance.

* KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Analyze, monitor, and present sales metrics and business trends to help make informed decisions, drive accountability, and increase revenue in terms of new clients and ancillary sales.
* Develop, implement, and lead sales training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of sales teams.
* Collaborate with marketing to help develop initiatives to drive revenue and business growth.
* Outline, document and continually improve best practices as it relates to the overall function of sales and revenue growth within the division.
* Assist in setting, tracking, and managing individual, branch, and overall division’s sales goals.
* Oversee our CRM’s in terms of pipeline, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely insights as it relates to health of backlog and revenue/ client growth.
* Identify potential gaps in revenue and develop an action plan to prevent deviations.
* 1:1 leadership, development, and coaching for individual sales reps.
* Lead each branch’s sales meetings.
* Develop client relationships through being available for client requests, working collaboratively with outside parties to accomplish client goals and maintaining close communication across the in-house team.
* Develop and maintain positive attitude and relationships with internal sales teams, management, field, and outside of company relationships such as clients, GC’s, LA’s, subcontractors, vendors, etc.
* Ability and willingness to do other job functions as required.

* QUALIFICATIONS:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA a plus.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role preferably in the service industry.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, time management, and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
* Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, and a proven problem solver with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
