Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Placement Officer role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Placement Officer will oversee and manage the campus placement processes, establish relationships with industry partners, and ensure that students are well-prepared for job opportunities. Other responsibilities include organizing career counseling sessions, arranging training and industry interaction programs, and supporting students in achieving their career aspirations through personalized guidance.
Qualifications

Experience in Campus Placement and understanding of recruitment processes.
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students and employers effectively.
Proficiency in Career Counseling and guiding students on career pathways.
Ability to organize and conduct Training sessions and workshops tailored to enhance student employability.
Knowledge and experience in the Education sector or a related field are advantageous.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
