Privatklinik Hohenegg in Meilen sucht einen engagierten Diplom Sozialarbeiter/-in FH zur Verstärkung des Teams. In dieser Rolle führen Sie die klinikinternen Sozialberatungen selbständig und unterstützen Patienten in vielfältigen Lebensbereichen.
