Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a fantastic company in Melbourne! This person will join an experienced accounting team and assist with accounts payable as well as vendor management. This is a highly stable, international company with career growth potential and a culture so good that many employees are well tenured and have worked here until retirement!

This is a contract position with the possibility to become permanent.

• Process invoices and purchases orders accurately
• Monitor and enter reoccurring bills
• Reconcile vendor statements and help resolve payment issues
• Manage the accounts payable inbox
• Ensure all bills and payments have proper approval

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Must have at least intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems is a plus
