Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our agency. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage phone calls and appointments, and support day-to-day office operations. If you’re a great communicator with a positive attitude and a knack for multitasking, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, both in person and over the phone
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls efficiently
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for agents and clients
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, email, and packages
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office environment
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Provide general information about our agency and services
  • Coordinate with agents to ensure smooth client interactions
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with phone systems, email, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic knowledge or interest in insurance is a plus but not required
