Position SummaryAs our Product Manager you will lead the product strategy for Circular Connectors within the Precision Connections Group. You will define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap and strategic plan that aligns with business goals, drives sales growth, and expands profitability. This role requires a balance of market insight, cross‑functional leadership, and strategic vision to ensure continued success and competitiveness in the market.
Qualifications& Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferable
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience with Product & P&L Management, highly preferably within Defense or Space markets
- Product Management, Business Development / sales experience within Defense, Space, or Medical markets
- Technical knowledge of interconnect products
- Experience in developing & executing growth strategies
- Effective and concise communication
- Strong knowledge and experience building strategic plans for new production introduction (NPI), Justification details, and ROI analysis

- Track progress to the business strategic plan and facilitate the resolution of gaps
- Establish and develop close relationships with key customers and focused distributors to drive growth
- Develop product strategies to meet/exceed market growth and customer needs
- Execute pricing strategy to maintain profitability targets
- Deliver sustained profitable growth
- Deploy marketing initiatives to generate demand
