MH Williams is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with hospitality or multifamily project experience. This individual will manage project planning & organization, construction operations, subcontract relations, financial management, and risk management of jobs.

• Project Planning & Organization
  • Establish overall project logistics and team goals
  • Develop pre‑construction RFP packages
  • Conduct project meetings and coordination meetings
  • Construct project schedule and set milestones
  • Management and development of staff
• Construction Operations
  • Complete job processes (RFI’s, submittals, change orders, and pay applications)
  • Ensure proper document control filing, updating, and distribution
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials to site
• Subcontract Relations
  • Issue subcontractor contracts and purchase orders
  • Manage the closeout process
  • Ensure fair treatment of subcontractors
• Financial / Risk Management
  • Project buy‑out and scope development through subcontract award
  • Input and manage project budget
  • Ensure required documentation is filed including proper insurance certificates
  • Monthly cost reporting and exposure analysis

• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager
• Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or Engineering discipline (preferred)
• Strong technical and communication skills are critical
• Client relationship skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
