• Manage the schedule, scope, and budget of assigned capital and expense construction projects
• Review and interpret architectural and engineered drawings for accuracy and compliance
• Expedite necessary building and construction permits and track their approval
• Coordinate utility requirements and oversee the installation process for each project
• Supervise and review the work performed by general contractors and manage change orders

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction Management
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on project needs
• Clean driving record required for travel purposes

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 7 years of experience in Retail and/or Petroleum Construction Management
• Professional Engineer, PPM, or other project management certification
• Experience in supervising construction projects and managing budgets
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and local/state agency coordination
