Videographer – Social Media Strategist & Content Creator

The Vibe

You keep a saved playlist of audios you cannot wait to cut to. You think in hooks, story arcs, retention, and taste. You bring ideas, elevate the shot list, and help real humans feel confident on camera.

What you will do

• Work with Account Manager (AM) to align social content strategy with videos
• Direct and assist on shoots in Brevard, with occasional filming in Orlando, South Florida, and Tampa
• Run content shoots with AM: they handle the strategic vision – you get the shots and direct when needed
• Edit 8 to 12 short‑form videos per week for Reels and Shorts
• Pull hooks and CTAs, shape narrative, cut to the beat
• Keep media organized in Dropbox and update tasks in Notion

You are a fit if

• Reels and Tik Tok are your love language
• You can build a story from candid clips and scripts
• Confident directing talent, handheld, and gimbal
• Local to Brevard County or Central FL and open to light Florida travel

Nice to have

• 2 or more years of client-facing video work
• Motion text or simple graphics
• Ad creative variations and A/B testing
• Cap Cut experience (our current stack). Premiere or Resolve welcome if fast and collaborative

Hours, location, growth

• 10 to 15 hours per week to start. Hybrid: on-site shoots in Brevard and remote editing
• You manage your time. Be reachable for shoots and same-day comms during business hours when needed
• Intended path to full time in about six months

Compensation

• Part time. Pay ranges based on experience.
• Reviews at 30 and 90 days tied to volume, quality, deadlines, and client feedback
