• Required Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Must be eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Florida or currently have a Florida license.

• $275,000 annual base.
• Production bonus.
• $15,000 Welcome Bonus.
• $15,000 Relocation Allowance.
• Full Malpractice, 5 years of Tail Coverage.
• $6500 administrative stipend reimbursement.
• 30 Days PTO per calendar year, 5 Paid CME Days.
