Senior Electrical Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) in Melbourne, FL. TLC focuses on our employees’ career development and opportunities to work on spectacular projects we are proud of.

• Lead the department and supervise staff’s day-to-day responsibilities, mentoring staff in technical knowledge and career development.
• Manage all sizes and types of projects from concept to construction, with in-house coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Interface with clients, provide technical excellence, and manage the project team and schedule to achieve a successful project outcome.
• Coordinate across disciplines and contribute to project success through leadership and collaboration.

• Degree in area of expertise
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 10+ years of experience in an Architecture/Engineering (A/E) environment
• Demonstrated success in managing projects
• Engineering expertise in the field and knowledge of parallel fields
