Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Responsibilities- The selected candidate will work in a team environment within the Vehicle Engineering IPT and support the electrical wiring team group with design needs.
- Support manufacturing with wiring integration, route wiring harnesses in a 3D environment and AS50881, and design and release wiring installations.
- Work with a team of engineers coordinating with multiple disciplines to determine solutions to problems quickly and efficiently.
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 4–5 years of experience in electrical cable/wiring harness routing on military and/or commercial aircraft, OR
- Master’s Degree in STEM with 2 years of experience in electrical cable/wiring harness routing on military and/or commercial aircraft.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period.
- Self‑starter who can work with minimal direction.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS‑Project, Visio).
- Proficiency in technical communication, both written and verbal, is crucial.
