Electromechanical Engineer
Job Title: Electromechanical Engineer

Bill Rate: $77/hr on W2
Responsibilities:- Work in a team environment within the Vehicle Engineering IPT and support electrical wiring team group with their design needs. Support manufacturing with wiring integration.
- Route wiring harnesses in 3D environment in accordance with NG Standard and AS50881.
- Design and release wiring installations.
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines to determine solutions to problems quickly and efficiently.
- Bachelor’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 4-5 years of experience in electrical cable/wiring harness routing on military and/or commercial aircraft.
- Master’s Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with 2 years of experience in electrical cable/wiring harness routing on military and/or commercial aircraft.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period.
- Self-starter with minimal direction.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, Visio).
- Proficiency in technical communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with a team.
- STEM Degree (Science, Technical, Engineering or Mathematical).
- Independent creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience designing and integrating components into larger systems.
- Experience managing projects (schedule and technical performance).
