Staff Electronic Warfare Architect Engineer - R
Location: Melbourne, FL
Eligibility: Requires a DoD TS clearance. Relocation assistance may be available.
Travel: Yes, 10% of the time.

Responsibilities- Decompose, partition and allocate requirements to the various components of the subsystem.
- Perform requirements analysis, independently develop interface control documents and develop supplier procurement specifications.
- Require knowledge of industry‑leading EW suppliers’ products, antennas and back‑end processing.
- Digitally model an EW subsystem architecture, predict and assess performance against requirements, act as the technical point of contact for EW suppliers and perform trade studies on various subsystem architectures.
- Develop test verification procedures and criteria; support development of mitigation plans and make recommendations to leadership.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 14 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; OR a Master’s degree and 12 years experience; OR a Ph.D. and 9 years experience.
- Active in‑scope TS DoD Secret clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP/PAR).
- Experience with architectural design, performing functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Experience with RF Sensors.
- Familiarity with EWS requirements and flow from level 1 to level 5.
- Experience developing procurement specifications.
- Familiarity/experience with Confluence.
- Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
- Ability to work in a small team and Integrated Product Team (IPT).
Salary: Primary Level Salary Range: $ – $. Additional compensation such as overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, long‑term incentives may apply.
