• Decompose, partition and allocate requirements to the various components of the subsystem.
• Perform requirements analysis, independently develop interface control documents and develop supplier procurement specifications.
• Require knowledge of industry‑leading EW suppliers’ products, antennas and back‑end processing.
• Digitally model an EW subsystem architecture, predict and assess performance against requirements, act as the technical point of contact for EW suppliers and perform trade studies on various subsystem architectures.
• Develop test verification procedures and criteria; support development of mitigation plans and make recommendations to leadership.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited university and 14 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; OR a Master’s degree and 12 years experience; OR a Ph.D. and 9 years experience.
• Active in‑scope TS DoD Secret clearance.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (SAP/PAR).
• Experience with architectural design, performing functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

• Experience with RF Sensors.
• Familiarity with EWS requirements and flow from level 1 to level 5.
• Experience developing procurement specifications.
• Familiarity/experience with Confluence.
• Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
• Ability to work in a small team and Integrated Product Team (IPT).

Salary: Primary Level Salary Range: $ – $. Additional compensation such as overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonus, long‑term incentives may apply.
