Electrical Design Engineer

Start your journey as a Design Engineer I at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will support the development of technologies, products, and processes, to meet cost, schedule and performance requirements of the customer. Our Engineering team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high‑tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

• Design new products or make modifications to existing products.
• Lead and implement product design initiatives from the Electrical/Electronic/Optical disciplines.
• Apply working knowledge of applicable technology and industry/company standards to investigate new technologies, methods and test procedures.

• Assist in planning project scheduling and report project status.
• Work with Production, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, and Quality Assurance personnel.

• Bachelor's Degree in EE or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to four years of experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Willing to travel individually or as part of a team.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
