Associate, Procurement (Melbourne, FL)

• Performs help desk services providing 24/7 telephone support for vital equipment and problem resolution/troubleshooting to provide fault isolation and recommended corrective actions.
• Analyzes technical data, failure analysis reports, and original equipment manufacturing notices to determine/formulate recommendations regarding system sparing, repair cycle venues, failure corrective actions, and sustainable replacement items.
• Receives, tracks, documents, and stores parts in all phases of the repair cycle.
• Experience or certification as an instructor/trainer.
• Provides supply support through material research, ordering, warranty tracking, packaging, handling, storing and transporting.
• Experience in logistics support, familiarity with logistics practices and processes.
• Experience using logistics tools and metrics.

• To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, or related engineering discipline, or have completed their Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
