Weapon Up is a fast-growing women’s wellness company and the creator of The Original Sword Yoga™, a movement practice combining the kung fu straight sword with yoga. Through our online Studio, community, live experiences and events, Weapon Up is building a new approach to movement centered around strength, confidence and grace.
Our global community is made up almost entirely of women, and our mission is simple: to create movement experiences that help women feel graceful, empowered, more capable and more at home in their bodies.
Weapon Up is a growing, founder-led company based in Florida, with a creative, fast-moving team working across content, community, events, partnerships and digital wellness.
As Weapon Up continues to grow, we’re looking for a part-time Talent & Production Coordinator to help us identify new talent and coordinate the process of bringing instructors and other movement professionals into the Weapon Up Studio.
About the RoleThis role will work directly with Weapon Up’s Founder & CEO and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our growing talent pipeline.
A large part of the role will involve researching and sourcing potential instructors and movement talent, particularly across Florida. You’ll identify strong candidates, conduct initial outreach, manage applications and submissions, and organize potential talent for review.
Once someone is selected, you’ll help manage the operational process of getting them ready for production—from coordinating schedules and agreements to tracking programming and production requirements.
The Founder will lead the overall creative direction and make final talent selections. You’ll be responsible for the research, coordination and follow-through that keeps the process moving.

We’re looking for a motivated, organized and resourceful person who enjoys finding great people and making projects happen. You should be naturally curious, a strong researcher, comfortable reaching out to new people, and excellent at keeping track of details, deadlines and follow-ups.
The right person is proactive and independent—someone who can take direction, understand what we’re looking for, and run with it without needing constant oversight. You should have a good eye for talent and on-camera presence and be comfortable working across social media, online research and professional networks to find the right people.
Ideally, you have 2–5 years of experience in talent, casting, production, entertainment, creator/influencer management, events, PR or a related field. Experience working with performers, creators or other on-camera talent is a strong plus, as is a background or interest in dance, fitness, movement or performance.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is reliable, personable, detail-oriented and genuinely excited to take ownership of a growing project.
