Job Description:

  • Lead the Program Finance Homeroom and its associated activities and initiatives, including the continued development and execution of the Program Finance Analyst University curriculum.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Headquarters (CHQ) Program Management Excellence on initiatives impacting Program Finance operations across the enterprise.
  • Provide ad hoc support and training to programs or departments, requiring travel as necessary.
  • Regularly engage with Program Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) organizations across the enterprise to ensure alignment and consistency in practices.
  • Act as a key resource for driving improvements in Program Finance operations and fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience;
    Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience;
    In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
  • At least 5+ years of experience with the Program Finance body of knowledge, including Earned Value Management (EVM).

Preferred

Skills:

  • Familiarity with tools such as Cobra, Pro Pricer, etc.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping others succeed in business operations.
  • Familiarity with L3

    Harris' organizational structure and processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with business acumen, problem‑solving, attention to detail, stakeholder assessment, and financial literacy.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to drive enterprise‑wide initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams and functions.
  • Familiarity with U.S. government agencies and regulations.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas is $123,500 – $229,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland, Ohio, and Vermont is $107,500 – $199,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary;

final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
