• Warm leads + existing clients (no cold calling or mass prospecting)
• $75K base + 25% commission
• $150K+ realistic first-year earnings
  , long-term potential of $250K+ (uncapped)
• 2 weeks PTO + full paid Christmas week off
• Fridays end at 2 PM
• Supportive leadership, strong onboarding, and excellent tools (Red Tail, eMoney)
• A boutique environment without corporate red tape

• Meet with warm prospects and assigned clients
• Provide retirement planning, investment guidance, tax‑aware strategies, and holistic financial planning
• Build and deliver comprehensive financial plans
• Deepen client relationships and maintain high retention
• Participate in client events and educational seminars (PTO provided for after‑hours events)

• 2–5 years of financial planning or wealth management experience
• Life & Health Insurance License +
  Series 65 or 66 is required
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow‑through skills
• Proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• A team player who is personable, coachable, and client‑focused
