Financial Advisor; Established Client

The Search is partnering with an independent financial planning firm in Melbourne to hire a Senior Servicing Advisor. This is a client-focused advisor role serving an established book of existing clients.

The firm is a collaborative team that trusts its people to own their roles and puts clients first in every conversation.

What this person does:

• Serves as a primary point of contact for existing client households
• Runs regular client reviews and handles client escalations
• Guides clients through 401(k) and IRA rollovers and account transitions
• Reviews financial plans, including retirement, investment, tax, and estate strategies
• Partners closely with the advisory team so clients hear one consistent message
• Coordinates with operations and custodians to execute client requests

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in an advisor or client-facing planning role
• Series 66 and Florida 2-15 (Life, Health, and Annuities) licenses
• CFP preferred, or progress toward it
• Experience with annuities and advisory accounts
• A patient and clear communicator
• Someone who enjoys serving existing clients and is excited to grow with a long-term team

What's offered:

• Base salary of $85,000 to $100,000, plus an annual bonus of up to $50,000, for total compensation up to about $150,000
