We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician with a high‑end mindset, a passion for beauty and wellness, and ideally a strong client following and/or social media presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a luxury med spa environment, values client relationships, and is motivated to grow both personally and professionally.

• Perform facials, advanced skin care, and aesthetic treatments tailored to each guest’s goals.
• Educate clients on treatment options, home care, and spa promotions to enhance results and loyalty.
• Build and retain a loyal clientele by delivering a five‑star guest experience.
• Leverage your social media presence to highlight before‑and‑after transformations, educate followers, and showcase your artistry while amplifying the XWELL brand.
• Collaborate with management and team members to drive service excellence and achieve spa performance goals.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and professional ethics.

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in the State of Florida.
• Experience in med spa or luxury spa environments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to grow your book of business.
• Active social media presence or interest in building one to engage clients and attract new followers.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
