Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to cover therapy services in a June Park, FL Assisted Living community. The pay rate is $50 per treatment.

We are an outpatient therapy at home provider in ALFs seeking passionate therapists to deliver top-notch therapy and results for our geriatric clientele. We believe in the power of geriatric therapy and the dignity that it can provide to those who have given so much to this world over the years.

We believe in full transparency with our therapy team, including detailed payment reports. You are free to make your own schedule and treat patients in one location.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
• Providing skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence
• Communicating with families, physicians, and other health care team members
• Keeping timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associate's in Physical Therapy
• Two years of clinical experience in respective fields of study (preferred)
• Actively Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Type: PRN (as needed). A PRN therapist is part of an on-call pool of therapists who work on a per diem basis.

Compensation: Competitive $50 per treatment
