Overview

PTA, Physical Therapy Assistant needed to cover therapy services in a June Park, FL Assisted Living community. Position is PRN and set in an ALF, with start ASAP.

We are an outpatient therapy-at-home provider serving geriatric clients in ALFs. We offer proactive preventative therapy to support aging-in-place. We value collaboration, transparent performance reporting, and practitioner autonomy in scheduling and patient assignments at a single location.

• Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner.
• Provide skilled interventions to improve patient functional independence.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care team members.
• Maintain timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record.

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associate in Physical Therapy.
• Education and/or
  
  Experience:
  
  Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in the field.
• Actively Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
