Medical Education Specialist

The Medical Education Specialist is responsible for helping execute and grow a comprehensive medical education program in alignment with Arthrex policies and the standards set forth by Arthrex Orlando.

• Oversee the creation and delivery of physician and staff education programs, including didactic and hands-on teachings in and out of our cadaver labs.
• Collaborate with the Director of Medical Education to support growth through high-quality education trainings.
• Help Manage the planning, logistics, and execution of all education events including wet labs, symposiums, and in-office training sessions.
• Build strong relationships with HCPs and corporate medical education.
• Act as a clinical resource and expert during educational events, demonstrating Arthrex techniques and products.
• Process surgical orders and ensure accurate inventory coding.
• Work closely with the operations team to log and update inventory usage and movement.
• Ensure sales team is equipped with the right products, instruments and information to execute high-quality cases and demos.
• Manage day-to-day territory inventory operations, including transport, transfers, restocking, and returns.

• Surgical Technicians and Educators preferred
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be comfortable around cadavers
• Ability to cross cover cadaver labs in Orlando, Melbourne & Daytona
• Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule
• Possess a passion for learning, teaching, technology and innovation
• Nights and weekends required based on lab schedule
