Job Summary:PREMIER URGENT CARE in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Registration Representative.
Responsibilities:- Greet patients who walk through the door
- Check in/out, collect payments, adhere to end of day protocols
- Obtain accurate patient demographics and verify insurances
- Answer the phone, appointment scheduling, take accurate messages, answer patient questions
- Maintain comprehensive medical records and chart organization
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office
- Previous office experience desired - 3 years minimum will be considered
