This role offers a base pay range of $65,000.00/yr to $75,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

This position is based in Melbourne, FL.

• Provide in-home therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients in regaining mobility, strength, and independence in a safe and familiar environment.
• Follow individualized treatment plans based on the Physical Therapist’s evaluation.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support recovery.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team.

• Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License (required).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
• CPR Certification (preferred).

• Flexible scheduling: full-time, modified full-time, or PRN.
• Pay-per-visit structure allowing you to maximize earnings.
• Professional development with ongoing training, mentorship, and career support.
• EMR & charting through Well Sky with dictation/transcription services.
• Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle (per company policy).
• Data plan reimbursement.
