• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm
  
  D degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

• Experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
• Advanced clinical skills in medication therapy management.
• Knowledge of related health‑care best practices.
