Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Radiology Manager located in Melbourne, FL. The Radiology Manager will oversee the radiology department’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of radiology professionals. Responsibilities include supervising diagnostic imaging procedures, scheduling, managing inventory, and ensuring optimal utilization of radiologic equipment and staff. The role requires coordinating with other healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and advancing operational efficiency within the department.

Qualifications

  • Experience or understanding of Nuclear Medicine procedures and protocols.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
  • Ability to adhere to healthcare compliance and safety standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a radiology or diagnostic imaging setting.
