Conduct behavioral assessments and develop customized intervention plans
Provide hands-on training to RBTs and support staff
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
Monitor progress and adjust strategies using evidence-based practices
Support clients in achieving meaningful outcomes across home, school, and community
