People One Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to deliver medical nutrition therapy to members in person, virtually, or by telephone in a hybrid Brevard County market.
You will assess nutrition needs, develop care plans, provide evidence-based nutrition therapy, counsel individuals and groups, and document in the EMR while coordinating with physicians and the nutrition team. Spanish-speaking preferred but not required.
