As a Certified Home Health Aide or CNA (Active-FL Licensed), you will play a vital role in our team, providing one-on-one care to our patients in their homes. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, grooming, and providing emotional support to our patients. • Provide personalized care to patients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions to our clinical team
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and patient progress
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

• Active FL licensure as a Certified Home Health Aide or CNA
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare-related field preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide or CNA; experience in home healthcare setting a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodations
