If so, we invite you to join our Mission Networks HR team as an HR Business Partner. In this key role, you’ll provide functional leadership and support to our client groups, partnering with the HR Center of Excellence to drive strategies that achieve our business objectives.
EssentialFunctions
- Strategic HR Leadership:
Collaborate closely with leadership and staff to define and execute HR strategies that propel our business objectives forward. - Policy Implementation:
Establish, implement, and oversee human resources policies and programs, providing expert counsel and assistance to employees and management. - Organizational Development:
Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, addressing root causes of HR and employee relations issues to foster a positive workplace. - Data‑Driven Insights:
Analyze trends and metrics related to talent acquisition, attrition, diversity, and performance to develop innovative solutions, programs, and policies. - Talent Management:
Play a significant role in administering talent management and succession planning activities within the client organization. - Change Management:
Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and positive outcomes. - Employee Engagement:
Provide counsel to management on developing and implementing plans to promote employee engagement and positive employee relations. - Project Management:
Perform project management duties and team facilitation to drive HR initiatives. - Performance Management:
Advise management on all aspects of employee performance management with a strategic approach to communication. - Continuous Improvement:

Harris’s business operating system (“e3”) principles and processes, focusing on administrative excellence and process improvement within the IT organization and HR function.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial & Organizational Psychology, or a related field with 6 years of HR experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4 years of related experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of HR experience with increasing scope and responsibility.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- A proactive, solutions‑oriented approach with a passion for driving positive change and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Experience with Team Facilitation, Change Management, Project Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, and Organizational/Management Development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching and consulting skills.
