Here's what you'd do:
- The client is seeking a dynamic Human Resource (HR) Recruiting Assistant to join the corporate Talent Acquisition team.
- This role will support multiple segments and sectors, directly impacting the businesses.
- Career development and growth are key focuses of leadership.
- Support Enterprise interview scheduling & on-site candidate support.
- Support Enterprise's full-cycle onboarding.
- I-9 and Citizenship Verification.
- OFCCP compliance requirements.
- Documentation and retention of key records.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 / hour.
Hours: 9/80 hrs/Week. (1 st shift).
Length: Temp (3 months).

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with 8 years of experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Human Resources (HR) or administrative.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Associate Degree with 4 years of experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Human Resources (HR) or administrative.
- This role is fast-paced and needs excellent attention to detail.
- Good documentation and record retention skills.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- 10% local travel needed.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
- Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a [Secret] DoD security clearance.
