Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and detail-oriented Audit and Compliance professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies, helping to foster a culture of accountability and compliance throughout the organization. You will conduct comprehensive audits, analyze compliance risks, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Your expertise will help identify areas for improvement, ensuring that our processes align with both industry best practices and legal requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to assess procedural effectiveness and recommend enhancements. You will also assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs, training sessions, and resources aimed at increasing awareness of compliance obligations.

Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Develop and implement compliance monitoring programs to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards.Identify, analyze, and report on any compliance risks or issues that may arise during audits.Collaborate with departmental teams to establish and maintain effective compliance and audit procedures.Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance policies and best practices.Prepare detailed audit reports that summarize findings, provide recommendations, and track implementation.Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure the company adapts its compliance strategies accordingly.Knowledge of SOC audits.Requirements
Bachelor s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field;
relevant certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, compliance, or a related field, preferably within the outsourcing/offshoring industry.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and standards applicable to the industry, including industry best practices and standards such as NIST SP 800-171, DFARS , CMMC requirements, ISO 27001, and data protection and privacy laws (including EU GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA) to protect customer data, including covered information and restricted data, customer data and confidential information including FAR, DFARS, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, ITAR, EAR, and other data protection and privacy laws.Proficiency in audit and compliance management software and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate complex compliance concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
