180 is seeking a Product Analyst to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our homeowners insurance products perform as designed while driving meaningful enhancements. • Maintain Product Documentation: Clear, comprehensive documentation keeps product workflows, coverage options, logic, and system behaviors up to date.
• Problem-solving: Investigate product functionality issues and work closely with IT to develop solutions.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Ensure product changes align with business needs and validate new configurations before deployment
• Support Process Optimization: Collaborate with product managers to identify opportunities for enhancing workflows and operational efficiency.
• Innovate with Industry Trends: Propose innovative product improvements by staying informed on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and user experience trends.

• Education: A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business, computer science, data analysis, or a related field.
• Analytical Excellence: Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Tech Proficiency:
  
  Experience with tools such as SQL, Excel, Python/R, and data visualization platforms like Power
  
  BI.
• Strategic Mindset: Foundational understanding of business strategy, product development, and a passion for innovation.
• Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  Prior experience in property & casualty insurance is a plus.
