Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant
.

As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define problem statements, evaluates solution options, makes recommendations, creates detailed design, architecture and process artifacts, implements the deployment plan, and supports knowledge transfer to provide value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• This position may require travel to project/client locations.
• In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to “U.S. persons” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees.

• At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture/design/detailing of processes.
• At least 4 years of experience in SAP HCM skills, especially US payroll and Success Factors.
• At least 4 years of experience in development design, problem analysis, solutions evaluation, validation and deployment.
• At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Planning and coordination skills.
• Knowledge on HCM US payroll and ESS, MSS, HRSS workflows.
• SAP HCM functional and technical experience handling Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, ESS and MSS and Payroll transactions.
• Knowledge on WRICEF, Idocs, Bdocs, batch processing in HCM.
• HCM integration knowledge with third‑party tools/Success Factors and SAP solution manager CHARM.
• Labor rates and costing implementation experience.
• Knowledge on Web UI, Webdynpro, Fiori screen functional design.

Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
