Join our rapidly expanding team in Florida’s Space Coast and help shape our marketing strategy with data‑driven insights.

• Compile and maintain marketing data from Hub Spot, internal systems, and external platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and forecast trends to support planning.
• Translate analytical results into concise, actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership.
• Automate and streamline reporting workflows to increase precision, speed, and scalability.
• Develop visual reports using data visualization tools.
• Lead analysis of traditional and digital campaigns, including direct mail, email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
• Drive web and attribution analytics using GA4, GTM, and associated tools.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with our corporate BI team to ensure consistent data practices.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in marketing analytics, finance, or business intelligence; proven track record in campaign reporting, marketing performance analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, VBA/macros); SQL;
  Power BI;
  Hub Spot or similar marketing automation/CRM tools;
  Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads); bonus – statistical background and Python or R.
