Analyst specializing in enabling design, development, deployment and operational support of production planning functionality. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3

Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test the SAP Plant Maintenance Module, providing expert guidance on best practices.
• Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for the SAP Plant Maintenance module, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Support the implementation and ongoing support of plant maintenance functionality for large SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
• Develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement and Forms) specifications to complete development identified as part of L3
  
  Harris business requirements.
• Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues.
• Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements.
• Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3
  
  Harris business direction.

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP plant maintenance management, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.

• Strong knowledge of the SAP Plant Maintenance Module and familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with the development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.
• Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA/ECC functionality and Configuration.
• Strong technical background in business operations – tools and processes.
• Experience working within ERP applications, with emphasis on plant maintenance.
• Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in NYC areas is $99,500- $184,500. The salary range for this role in New York state is $114,000- $212,000.
