Duties- Draft patent applications and respond to office actions.
- Manage intellectual property portfolios.
- Support litigation involving intellectual property rights.
- B.S. in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Admission to practice before the USPTO or eligibility to take the exam.
- J.D. from an accredited university for Associate Attorney position.
- Admission to the Florida Bar or on track to obtain it.
- 2-3 years of experience in patent preparation and procedures preferred.
- Experience with computer-assisted patent drafting tools preferred.
- B.S. in Engineering from an accredited university.
- J.D. from an accredited university for Associate Attorney position.
- Admission to practice before the USPTO.
- Admission to the Florida Bar or on track to obtain it.
- Proficiency in patent application drafting and IP portfolio management.
- Experience with litigation support for IP rights.
- Familiarity with computer-assisted patent drafting tools.
