• Manage 6-8 locations, including hiring, developing, and managing performance of PT, MIT, PTM, and Assistant PT Managers.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and provide guidance.
• Offer career growth opportunities.
• Manage staff schedules within PT margins.
• Mediate employee relations and discipline staff as guided by supervisors.
• Train staff on industry updates and ensure professional client training.
• Develop sales and service through team training.
• Achieve revenue objectives related to personal training services.
• Set goals for locations and staff.
• Train staff on sales techniques and develop marketing programs to promote trainers and create engaging content.
• Maintain high standards for cleaning protocols and group exercise classes.

Your supervisor may assign additional duties as needed. The schedule includes a minimum of 43 hours per week, typically Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-4pm, with potential for additional hours and admin days.
