An iconic name in luxury is hiring an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead its receivables function and ensure a seamless financial experience for its high-value clientele. This leadership role is ideal for someone who can balance operational oversight with a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of client service.

• Supervise all AR activities across divisions, ensuring alignment with brand and financial standards.
• Monitor aging reports, drive collections performance, and ensure timely resolution of open balances.
• Approve or escalate decisions related to credit limits and payment terms.
• Lead a small team, offering guidance, training, and performance oversight.
• Coordinate monthly reporting and assist in forecasting AR KPIs and cash flow.
• Liaise with sales, customer service, and leadership on sensitive account matters.
• Champion initiatives to optimize receivables processes and system efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 6–8+ years of AR or credit-related experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Expertise with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel-based financial analysis.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proven experience handling luxury or premium accounts is a major plus.
