We are seeking a Marketing Director for a full‑time, on‑site role based in Melbourne, FL. In this position you will develop and execute marketing strategies, oversee market research initiatives, and manage promotional campaigns to foster the growth of our healthcare services. You will collaborate with department heads to plan marketing efforts, contribute to meeting organizational objectives, and supervise the marketing team to refine strategies that maximize outreach and engagement.

• Expertise in market planning and marketing management to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Strong skills in market research to analyze trends, audience insights, and competitive landscapes.
• Proficiency in marketing and sales to enhance audience engagement, drive business growth, and improve brand presence.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a marketing team.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
