Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Facility: Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Melbourne
Location: Melbourne, FL
Shift: Full-Time – 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM / 7 PM – 7 AM)
Salary: Up to $32 per hour (depending on experience) with shift differentials

• Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with precision and compassion.
• Deliver individualized nursing care to meet each resident’s unique health needs.
• Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to ensure residents' comfort and well-being.
• Maintain accurate medical records, documenting observations, treatments, and evaluations.
• Uphold HIPAA standards to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the state of Florida.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
