Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Melbourne, FL
Shift: Full-Time – All Shifts Available
Salary: Up to $21 per hour (depending on experience) with shift differentials

• Providing Personalized Care: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support while maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Promoting Comfort and Safety: Monitor physical and emotional well-being, addressing changes in condition to ensure a secure and supportive environment.
• Fostering Connections: Build meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a sense of belonging.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and hygienic to support a healthy living environment.
• Accurate Documentation: Record and report changes in residents’ conditions, care plans, and activities to ensure seamless communication among the care team.
• Collaborating with the Team: Partner with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver individualized, holistic care.
• Enhancing Quality of Life: Engage residents in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being tailored to their unique needs and interests.

• A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida.
